(2)Clauses or provisions in Bills involving expenditure from public funds shall be printed in thick type or in italics:Provided that where a clause in a Bill involving expenditure is not printed in thick type or in italics, the Speaker may permit the member in-charge of the Bill to bring such clauses to the notice of the House.
