Today, when this writ petition was taken up for consideration, it is informed that the learned counsel for petitioner is unwell.

The learned counsel for the first respondent appears through Video Conferencing and submitted that he has filed a copy of the order of Managing Director of the first respondent dated 03.11.2014 bearing reference Nos.234/PRTC/Admn./2014/1420 and 233/PRTC/Admn./2014/1421, whereby, it has been stated as under:-
