Section 62(2) in The Rajasthan Industrial Disputes Rules, 1958
(2)where any workman is entitled to receive from the employer any benefit which is capable of being computed in terms of money, the workmen concerned may apply to the specified Labour Court in Form K-2 for the determination of the amount at which such benefit should be computed.
