Section 15 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
15. Proposal in relation to motion.
- When a motion or amendment is under debate, no proposal with reference thereto shall be made other than an amendment of the motion or the amendment as the case may be, as provided in regulation 12.
