Section 75(4) in Mahatma Gandhi University Act 1985
(4). Immediately after the Syndicate has considered the report and recommendations of the Commission and submitted its report to the Government, the Government shall consider the Report of the Senate and pass such orders thereon as they think fit and shall also cause the same to be published in the Gazette.
