19. Terms and Conditions of service and code of ethics for the teachers and other academic staff of the University.
(1)All the teachers and other academic staff of the University shall, in the absence of any contract to the contrary, be governed by the terms and conditions of service and code of ethics as are specified by the Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.(2)Every teacher and member of the academic staff shall be appointed on a written contract.(3)A copy of every contract referred to in clause (2) shall be deposited with the Registrar.
