Section 91(3) in West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007
(3)The depth of the Underground Water Reservoir or Septic Tank or Inspection Pits or manholes shall not be more than the shallowest foundation depth and the minimum distance between edge of foundation and such underground structure shall not be less that 50% width of the underground structure.Note : All other services, which are not mentioned in this part shall conform to the provisions of the latest edition of National Budding Code of India.
