Section 3(3) in Rajasthan Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007
(3)A member, other than the official members, shall hold office for a period not exceeding two years from the date of his appointment if not removed earlier by the Govt, for the reasons and in the manner as specified in these rule.
