Section 20(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)The Vice-chairperson and elected/ selected Member shall, save as otherwise the provided in this Act, hold office for a term of 3 years from the day of assuming the office or till the continuation of Market Committee, whichever is earlier.
