Section 7(1) in The Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being elected or nominated as, and for continuing as, a member-(a)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(b)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or(c)if his name has been removed from the register and has hot been re-entered therein; or(d)if he is a whole-time officer or servant of the Council; or(e)if he has been convicted for an offence involving moral turpitude.
