1. The learned counsels for the parties submit that one more chance may be given to the parties to explore the possibility of arriving at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (in short, 'Mediation Centre').
2. At their request, the parties are again directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 06.03.2025 at 4.30 P.M.
3. The Coordinator of the Mediation Centre is requested to appoint the same Mediator who was earlier helping the parties to arrive at a settlement.
4. List before the Court on 22nd July, 2025.
