                                                           ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to resolve the dispute by conducting an enquiry immediately without wasting time and thereafter only allow to conduct the Vaikasi Fetival in the Thiruvettu Alagu Kovil on Tamil month Vaikasi of 27 and 28 (10.06.2022 & 11.06.2022) and not before resolving the dispute and restore the denied the said ''Sool Goat capture'', ''Sami Aduvathu'' and ''Kallanchi rights to the Ariyan's Vakaiyarakkal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police 1 and 2 have fixed the peace committee meeting on 23.05.2022. The petitioner is directed to make all his submissions in the peace committee meeting.

The function shall be performed, subject to the result of the peace committee.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
