Section 126(1) in The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1989 (1933 A. D.)
(1)Any surety for the peaceable conduct for good behaviour of another person may at any time apply [to the Court by which an order was made to give security] [Inserted by Act XL of 1966.] to cancel any bond executed under this Chapter within the local limits of his jurisdiction.
