1. The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"a. Issue appropriate Writ, order or direction to the admission office (foreign students) of the respondent i.e. Jawaharlal Nehru University to reserve a seat for the petitioner as a self-financing student under "in absentia" category till the disposal of the W.P.(C)- 13355 of 2023 in Ph.D. Urdu.
b. Pass any other order and/or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present petition and in the interest of justice."
2. Since blacklisting Order has been removed, this Court is inclined to issue notice to the Respondent/JNU.
