Section 286 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
286. Control of pollution.
- Subject to the provisions of any law relating to air, water or noise pollution for the time being in force and in accordance with any notification by the State Government in that behalf, the Municipality may function as a competent authority for the enforcement of such law.
