pleased to pass an ad interim order of stay of operation of Exhibit-
P3 order dated 16th December 2019 in O.A.No.180/00840/2018, passed by
the Ernakulam Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal, pending
disposal of this Original Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders on 29-03-2021 upon
perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (CAT)
and this court's order dated 29-01-2021 and upon hearing the
