Section 45(2) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(2)If any dispute arises as to the appointment of the amount or any part thereof or as to the persons to whom the same or any part thereof is payable, the Land Acquisition Officer may refer the dispute to the decision of the Tribunal; and the Tribunal in deciding any such dispute shall follow the provisions of Part III of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
