Section 48(11) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(11)The Supervisor shall distribute the question papers to the candidates beginning with the last number and shall collect the answer books in the same sequential order of distribution of question-papers. He/She shall instruct the candidates to write seat numbers on the question papers at the right top corner on the front page of the question paper in the space provided therefor.
