Section 15(ii) in Special Marriage (High Court) Rules, 1955
(ii)Whenever such application is made and the Court come to the conclusion that the intervening third party had no grounds or no sufficient grounds for intervening, it may order him to pay the whole or any part of the costs occasioned by his intervention.
