345. Destruction of stray pigs and dogs.
- If any dogs [x x x] [Omitted by Act 35 of 1994 w.e.f. 1.6.1994.] or pigs are found straying, the same may be summarily destroyed by any person authorised in that behalf in writing by the Commissioner.
