Section 6(xviii) in The Punjab School Education Board (Submission of Books and their Approval) Regulations, 1979
(xviii)If at any time it comes to the notice of the Board that a party has infringed any of these regulations, the Board may cancel the approval and also forfeit a part or whole of the security.
