1. The statement of Mr. Dinesh Gupta, Director of M/s BDR Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been recorded today, in terms of order dated 11.03.2020, pursuant to the directions given by the Division Bench vide order dated 24.02.2020 in EFA(OS) 5/2020 [Nirmala Modi vs. BDR Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. & Anr.].
2. Although the execution petition was disposed of by the order dated 06.02.2020, learned counsel for the decree holders states that certain directions have not yet been complied with by the judgment debtor.
3.
