Today the matter was called for reporting compliance. Despite several calls none appeared on behalf of the appellant. The Registrar vide his report dated 26.02.2016 has reported that there is no proof of compliance as per record.
2. As the stay order dated 21.12.2015 has not been complied with, therefore, appeal is dismissed for non compliance of the Provision of Section 35 (F) of the Central Excise Act 1994 read with section 83 of the Finance Act 1944.
