Section 2(1) in Rajasthan private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005;(b)"Agency" means:the Private Security Agency;(c)"Controlling Authority" means, the Controlling Authority designated under subsection (1) of section 3 of the Act;(d)"Form" means a Form appended to these Rules; and(e)"License" means a license granted under the Act.
