It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case(s) of the petitioners are covered by the decision rendered by this Court in Rakesh Kumar Vs. State of H.P. and others, CWP No. 2735 of 2010 and connected matters.
2. Issue notice. Mr. J.K. Verma, learned Deputy Advocate General, waives notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of these writ petitions with a direction to the respondents to examine the case(s) of the petitioners, in light of the judgment, referred to above and make a decision within six weeks from today. The judgment, supra, shall form part of this judgment also.
4. The writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly along with pending applications, if any.
