Section 93(4) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(4)The Zila Parishad shall, for the purposes of discharging the functions entrusted to it under this section, be under the general control of the state Government [***] [Words omitted by Act No. 18 of 2000.] and shall comply with such directions as may from time to time, be given to it.
