In view of absence of the Applicants, as also the Advocate for the Applicants, to afford an opportunity to the Applicants/Advocate for the Applicants to appear and argue their case, as also at the request made by Mr. Pradyumna Sharma, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 for time, list the matter on 8th May 2026 under the caption "For Dismissal".

6. Applicants are directed to serve copy of the present Criminal Application to Respondent No. 2 within a period of 7 days from today, failing which this Criminal Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
