Section 13 in The West Bengal Vaccination Act, 1973
13. Entry into infectious diseases hospital.
- No person shall, without a valid vaccination certificate, be permitted to enter the premises of any infectious diseases hospital or to enter any ward of a hospital, where persons attacked with small-pox are admitted.
