Section 16(2) in The Gujarat Medical Council Act, 1967
(2)The register shall he in. such form, and may be divided into such parts, as may be prescribed. The register shall include the full name, address, and qualifications of the registered practitioner, the date on which each qualification was obtained, and such other particulars as may be prescribed.
