Section 39(1) in The Juvenile Justice (Care And Protection Of Children) Rules, 2007
(1)The State Government shall circulate a copy of the Act and the rules framed thereunder to establish effective linkages between various Government, non-Govern-ment, corporate and other community agencies for facilitating the rehabilitation and social reintegration of juveniles of children through the Board or the Committees, as the case may be.
