Section 3(2) in Maharashtra Legislature Members' Salaries and Allowances Act, 1956
(2)[ There shall be paid to each Member during the whole of his term of office per month a sum of [Rs. 3,000] [Section 3 was renumbered as sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) was added by Bombay 38 of 1959 section 2(1).] as consolidated allowance for all matters not specifically provided for by or under the provisions of this Act.]
