Section 34 in The Jammu and Kashmir Aerial Ropeways Act, 2002
34. Unlawfully obstructing promoter's servant in discharge of his duty.
- If a person, without lawful excuse, the burden of proving which shall lie upon him, wilfully obstructs or impedes any servant of a promoter in the discharge of his duty, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
