Section 252(4) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965
(4)Notwithstanding anything in the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, it shall be incumbent on every tenant, lodger or other inmate of a building or room to vacate on being required by the owner so to do, in pursuance of any requisition made under sub-section (1).
