Facts:
1. The appellant has filed four separate appeals which are examined together. The case was heard on 31/7/2008 in absence of the appellant.
2. The CPIO stated that the appellant has asked for, through identical applications, the list of public authorities, CPIOs and Appellate Authorities appointed by the respondent in different regions. The CPIO stated that the lists of CPIOs and Appellate Authorities for different telecom circles have been provided to the appellant. There is no denial of information. He stated that this information is already available in the website also.
3. In his appeal before the Commission, the appellant has alleged that the list of public authorities have not been provided to him. In response to this, the CPIO stated that there are no separate public authorities under the BSNL and all the telecom circles are the constituent units of the respondent.
Decision:
3. As there is no denial of information, these appeals were unnecessary and are thus disposed of.
