Section 8 in Srinagar and Jammu Cluster Universities Act, 2016

8. Affiliation restricted to educational institutions in the State.

- Notwithstanding contained anything in any law for the time being in force, no educational institution outside the territory of the State shall be affiliated with, or be admitted to any privileges of, a Cluster University under this Act.
