(1)Prisoners shall be encouraged to play such games as can be suitably arranged in the premises of the prison.(2)Well behaved long term prisoners shall be taken outside the prison in suitable batches in turns to play games or take exercise in the open under such security measures as are deemed essential by the Superintendent.
