3. Administering and Implementing Goa Computerised network lottery Scheme.

- The Goa Computerised network lottery Scheme shall be administered by the Secretary to the Government of Goa, Finance Department. The Director shall implement the Goa Computerised network lottery Scheme as determined by the Government from time to time.
