Section 19(2) in The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Legislature Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, 1997
(2)At the first sitting of the Assembly held after the Lieutenant Governor's Address the Secretary shall lay a copy of such Address on the Table of the House.
