99. Amendment of section 212.- In section 212 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (9), for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (10),-(i) the words" managing agent, secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted;(ii)for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
