(1)The Chancellor shall be appointed by the management committee of the Trust for a period of three years, as may be prescribed.(2)The Chancellor shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the University and shall constitute an interim Executive Council. The interim Executive Council so constituted shall cease to exist on the constitution of the Executive Council under section 21.(3)The Chancellor may in writing under his hand addressed to the Management Committee of the Trust, resign his office.
