Section 6A(1) in Rajasthan Agricultural Loans (Taqavi) Rules, 1958
(1)All funds for the grant of agricultural loans, or for the Grow More Food Campaign or for the relief of distress, provided in the budgets of the Agriculture Department, the Community Development Department, the Social Welfare Department, the Famine Department or any other Department shall be placed at the disposal of the Collector by the departments concerned by the 8th of April every year, and the Collector shall grant loans [but] [Corrected by Corrigendum No. F.3(13) Rev.
