Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi.
2. At the outset, Mr. Praveen Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 2, who is his mother-in-
law, had filed a writ petition before this court, after which the subject W.P. (CRL.) No. 1840/2020 Page 1 of 2 FIR was registered. He submits however, that there was no direction in any order made in the said writ petition for registration of the FIR.
3. Before proceedings further in the matter, let a copy of the entire order-sheet in the said other case, stated to be W.P. (Crl.) No. 944/2019, be placed on record, with copy to Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned ASC, who appears for the State on advance copy.
4. For the above purpose, list on 09.12.2020.
