On perusal of the record, the delay of 383 days in refiling the Special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) to be deposited with the Supreme Court Bar Association Lawyers' Welfare Fund within two weeks from today, failing which the special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
