Section 62(3) in West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007
(3)Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2), in the case of any building referred to in rule 56.(a)an independent bathroom may have a floor area of 1.45 metres;(b)a combined bathroom and water closet may have a floor area of 2.0 sq. metres, with a minimum width of 1.1 metres.
