(2)The President, the Vice-Chancellor, the Governing Body, the Board of Management, the Academic Council and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constituted and declared to be a body corporate by the name of " the Sri Balaji University, Pune".
