1. Heard Shri Arun Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Nand Prabha Shukla, learned AGA for the State.

By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report bearing Case Crime No.349 of 2017, under Sections 265/267/420/467/468/471/484 Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Sections 12/30/26 of Legal Metrology Act, 2009, Police Station Chinhat, District Lucknow.
3. On the basis of written instructions dated 29.11.2019 received from Police Station Chinhat, Lucknow, learned AGA has submitted that after investigation as no incriminating evidence has been found against the present petitioner, therefore, the name of the petitioner, Lakshmi Chandra Gupta and one Rita Gupta has been deleted from the array of accused and the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 24.05.2019, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. The written instructions are taken on record.
4. In view of the subsequent developments which have taken place during the pendency of the writ petition, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
