1. Heard Mr.Hiren Modi, learned advocate for the applicant.
2. In present application, the applicant has prayed, inter alia, that:-
"5 (b) Be pleased to allow this civil application by conhdoning the delay of about 97 days in preferring the Misc. Civil Application in the interest of justice. "
