23. Penalty for contravention of section 12.
- Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 12 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months but which may extend to two years and with a fine of not less than ten thousand rupees but which may extend to rupees twenty thousand.
