Section 5(1) in Himachal Pradesh Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the Member-Secretary may determine in consultation with the Chairperson and shall observe such procedure with regard to the transaction of its business at such meetings, as may be prescribed.
