Section 1 in The West Bengal Prohibition Of Audio-Video Piracy Act, 2013
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal Prohibition of Audio-Video Piracy Act, 2013.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th November, 2013.
